Resetting Your Password if you Forgot your Password

Here are the steps for Resetting your Password:

Go to: www.121 Connectors.com.  There you will see the login box where you will put your user name (e-mail address) and password.  Below this box you will see a link called "Reset your password".  Click on the "Reset Password" link.  

After clicking on the Reset password link you will be directed to a form to reset your password.  Enter your E-Mail Address into the form, click the green button and then check your e-mail account for instructions to reset your password. Note: If you do not receive an email after 10-15 minutes, you may resend the password, a form will be provided to submit the password again.  If you cannot recall the e-mail address you used to register, contact the manager at: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 

 After receiving the e-mail from our system, click on the link and it will take to a page to reset your password.  Enter your e-mail address and your new password.  You will be required to enter the password twice.  

After submitting your e-mail address and new password you will see the following box stating, "success!"  There will also be a link that will take you to the log in page.
