In the drop-down menu under your name in the upper-right hand corner, there are two items which contain options:
- User Profile
- Settings
User Profile
1. First & Last Name
These fields contain your real name. If you wish to change your nickname which is visible to inquirers, please contact the 121 Connections manager.
2. User Type
This shows your user type: 121Connector, Team Coach, Head Coach, etc. It cannot be modified.
3. Email Address
You may update your email address here. This will change the email address you use to login.
4. Fluent languages
Select the language(s) you are fluent in to help place you with an appropriate language team.
5. Interface language
This will change the language of the website interface. It will not affect the language you use to reply to an inquirer.
6. Change Password
Clicking this button opens a dialog allowing you to change your password. If you forget your password, you may reset it using the password reset link from the login page.
7. Save Changes
Please be sure to click this button to save any changes you made.
Settings
1. Display Date
Can choose between 'dd/mm/yy' and 'mm/dd/yy'
2. Interface Language
This will change the language of the website interface. It will not affect the language you use to reply to an inquirer.
3. Items per Page
The default number of items displayed on most pages
4. Notifications: For Existing Inquirers
These notifications are for existing inquirers who send a message appearing in your inbox.
- New Message Received
- Unread messages in my box
- Unanswered messages in my box
5. Notifications: For New Inquirers on the Queue
- Inquirers on queues I have access to
- Inquirers on queues over 48 hours
(You may wish to select daily here, since our goal is to reply to all inquirers within 48 hours)
These notifications will be sent to the email you have registered in your profile. You can choose the frequency with which they are sent (immediately, daily, weekly, never).
