You say you have memories you regret and do not know how to deal with them.

I too had many I regrets when I found Jesus many years ago. The Bible says when you come to Jesus you are a new creation, old things have passed away and all things have become new for you (2 Corinthians 5:17). You can walk in new life with Jesus, yes the memories may still be in your mind, but God says your past sins are buried in the deepest sea, and He remembers them no more.

"And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more" (Jer 31:34).
